Golf J-Term 

For my J term this year, I took golf. During the course, I learned the basics of playing golf like how to hold the club, how to swing, and how to play on a course. I also learned about the history of golf and the etiquette. Throughout the course, I got to play on several golf courses, go to Top Golf, and hit on a driving range. I had never played golf before this J term, so I learned a lot during it, while having fun at the same time. 

The CAS outcome that I fulfilled by taking this J term was "Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process". Golf is a really complicated sport with a lot of weird rules and a lot of specific technique, so it was really challenging to get the hang of it. I gained a lot of new golf skills through this course.
