HITT Workouts
HITT Workouts On the days that I am not rock climbing or skateboarding, I like to do HITT workouts. HITT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, and the workouts consist of several different moves like burpees, crunches or mountain climbers, and you either do a certain number of reps of each movement or do each movement for anywhere from 10 to 60 seconds. The app I use to do my HITT workouts is Nike Training Club, and it is my favorite workout app by far because it has a wide variety of interesting workouts. The CAS outcome I fulfill by doing HITT workouts is "Show commitment to, and perseverance in, CAS experiences." I do HITT workouts quite often, and I think that shows commitment. I really like doing HITT workouts because I get a good cardio workout in a short amount of time. Working out helps me sleep better, which is good. HITT workouts also make me feel really healthy in general, which always makes me feel good.
